Contains spfifo05, spfifo06, spfifo07 for rtems/testsuites/sptests/

Contains additional patches, improves coverage.

spfifo05 - Covers error on semaphore creation
spfifo06 - Two tasks: Block on read, block on write
spfifo07 - Covers out of memory (ENOMEM) error
