Contains spfifo01, spfifo02 and spfifo03 for rtems/testsuites/sptests

The attachment contains spfifo01, spfifo02 and spfifo03 for
rtems/testsuites/sptests.

rtems/testsuites/ has spfifo*. All of these need to be replaced with the
contents of this attachment containing 3 tests.

These tests would fail / not yield intended results without the patches for PR
1542 and PR 1585.
