Which architecture did you use?
In my understanding, gcc should warn about printing [s]size_t's with %d
dependently of the architecture. May-be my understanding is incorrect and it
only warns if a [s]size_t's size doesn't match "int" sizes.

pc586 BSP from an unmodified rtems-CVS HEAD as of this morning w/ original
i386-rtems4.11-gcc*rpms.
