I just committed getenv, setenv, and unsetenv.  The updated status is below.

These commands are not in the current shell manual:

 dd
 debugrfs
 fdisk
 help
 hexdump
 joel
 ln
 mknod
 mkrfs
 msdosfmt
 msdosfmt_alias
 mv
 rtc
 time

These are currently supported file systems:

 mount_ftp
 mount_msdos
 mount_nfs
 mount_rfs
 mount_tftp
