Thanks Till. I have moved the gethostbyname into the build IP address call.

This change has removed the cruft from the shell where there was a need to
provide specific handlers for each file system. It also means the fsmount code
can be simpler. I have changed the struct names in this code to match the mount
call and so will break applications that use this. I think the end result will
be better. This is a heads up about this. The release notes will need a
comment.
