[Bug 1702] Files .cvsignore'd but in the repository, some of them necessary to bootstrap

I have just tried to reproduce the effects I had during bootstrap at the
CVS-HEAD:

1. cvs up -dP -A

2. removed all files that are in .cvsignore

3. boostrap -p

4. bootstrap

=> bootstrap runs fine now.

The version I was having the issues with was from June this year 

=> don't bother about the boostrap issues (either I deleted one file too many
or the issue is June specific).

So its only a .cvsignore cleanup.

BTW: I got the the autom4te.cache  files because I forgot the -dP option.
