Patch committed to 4.10 and 4.11 and release notes updated. I am leaving this
PR open to track the last few details.

+ Email me a few paragraphs about the board, how it is used, a picture, etc.  I
would like to make a News item about it on the rtems.org top page.

+ Please test the merged BSP and confirm it is OK on 4.10 and 4.11
