Committed with one change you want to be sure to do on other tests when
applicable.  The benchmark_pthread_rwlock_unlock() method was called multiple
times to unlock the rwlock.  We only want to benchmark it once.  So I added a
do_print argument and passed in true on the first call and false on all others.

I think you can add the try not available cases to this test.  Then submit a
diff.

Your copy of the spreadsheet appears to be out of sync with CVS.  

Test committed.  Leaving open so you can submit a DIFF to add the two new test
cases.
