Though I normally prefer not doing so, provided gcc-4.6.3 and rtems-4.11 are
unlikely to happen in near future, I am leaning towards a one-time special
exception.

Would you be OK with adopting all changes from gcc/config/arm from
gcc-4_6-branch for the rtems4.11 toolchains?
