Patch against GCC 4.5.2.

Next proposal.

It adds three multi-libs compared to GCC 4.5.2.
It adds one multi-lib compared to current RTEMS patched GCC 4.5.2.

All PowerPC BSPs build with test samples with the CVS head.

I didn't try this for RTEMS 4.10 and I don't think it should be available for
4.10.
