Forgot to mention: Could you please try testsuites/libtests/math* and
testsuites/libtests/complex* from CVS-HEAD on real HW.

Unlike paranoia (which tests for corner cases of mathematical correctness),
they aim at "libm completeness" and are supposed to trigger cases of
float/double format incorrectness.
