The type 'rtems_clock_time_value' isn't available anymore on 4.10.0.

So, it is not possible to call the old
rtems_clock_get(RTEMS_CLOCK_GET_TIME_VALUE, ...).

The references to 'rtems_clock_time_value' in item 7.4.2 of the C Users Manual
(and any other, if there are more) should be removed from the documentation.
