These files are improperly copyrighted and do not contain a license:

c/src/lib/libbsp/i386/shared/smp/smp-imps.c
c/src/lib/libbsp/i386/shared/smp/smp-imps.h
c/src/lib/libbsp/i386/shared/irq/apic.h

Please contact these files's author and have him resubmit his works with proper
copyright notices and license (Only the original author can do so - Us doing so
would be illegal).

In their present shape, these files can not remain inside of the source-tree.
