--- Comment #1 from Joel Sherrill <joel.sherrill at oarcorp.com> 2011-07-15 08:49:37 CDT ---
We know what the comment in these files say we have multiple statements from
the author. His intent is perfectly clear. From http://www.uruk.org/mps/
"My two primary tasks on this topic are: (1) helping to get the SMP code in
various free OSes correctly and efficiently supporting this standardized kind
of hardware, and (2) Example Code/Clarifications of the Spec, which includes
extra documentation."
Limitations/info about the source files:
* The license is essentially free for arbitrary non-commercial or
commercial use as desired, but if it's not inconvenient, please attribute me
appropriately.
>From the files themselves:
* <Insert copyright here : it must be BSD-like so anyone can use it>
*
* Author: Erich Boleyn <erich at uruk.org> http://www.uruk.org/~erich/
*
We committed these files to have a record in CVS of exactly what was
downloaded.
Per Erich's instructions, the next revision will have a BSD non-advertising
license added along with a Copyright by him and a copyright on RTEMS specific
modifications.
