I emailed the people listed on the math_efp.c file and this file apparently is
just the tip.

Is the interest in the decode logic in math_efp.c or the actual IEEE fixup
code?  The fixup code utilized the GPL FP emulation library code so I think
we'd be hard pressed to license that under BSD (which is the more difficult
part of the work).

How should I respond?  If they relicense the math_efp.c decode file, where do
we get the fixup code from?
