[Bug 1758] RTEMS Makefile templates include paths screwed up

I should have mentioned that it's my plan to move this stuff of the RTEMS
source tree into a separate and independent "legacy adaptor" package.


This would 

* avoid the nasty impacts this stuff has on the source-tree 
Nothing inside of the RTEMS source-tree is using it. It's just rottening
ballast.

* still allow users whose works are based on this framework to continue using
it.

* avoid users, who are not using this framework (such as Peter) to be
confronted with the design flaws and lack of generaltiy it suffers from.

* raise the threshold of users before they find this framework tempting.


I am doing so now, because a new branch is the right time to introduce major
changes like this and major changes have to be expected.

Also, I guess I don't have to emphasize how serious I am about this and that I
am not willing to tolerate this stuff to be present in RTEMS in future.
