Filename is inconsistent with other files in libbsp/shared, although there is
no real convention. I suggest bspsmp_wait_for.c, although wait_for.c would even
be OK with me, since it is in the smp subdirectory.  Really just a bit of a
nit. Otherwise I think this is fine now..
