Update the mvme5500 BSP for RTEMS4.10+

This patch is the same as the one I sent yesterday.  However, I need more time
to check for the stability of the VME shared IRQs' priority scheduling.  Thus,
I renamed it to be VMEConfig.h.shared to give users an option to test it.
See README for implementation. Meanwhile, the default VME implementation is
not changed yet.  Kate
