Updated patch

Here's the updated patch. In includes:
* change of type of SMP_lock_spinlock_simple_Control to unsigned int
* addition of cache flush operations complementary to compare-and-swap

The second part may be resolved differently if we add per-cpu functions
_CPU_store_uncached() _CPU_load_unached()
