The point of this BSP was to ensure that the multilib worked (minus
interrupts).  Do we have a multilib for this cpu model?

If so, then this is the way to test it.  It lays the groundwork so the tools
and RTEMS context switching, etc are tested when someone wants to add interrupt
support.

Please add stubs if this gets linked with the right multilib.
