Gedare, __k1_recursive_lock is a recursive lock without ISR disable (this will
be seen clearly in the next version of the patch).

Also, if you look deeper in the patch, you'll find _Big_Kernel_Lock. However,
we think that it is better to put a separate function for this. We've already
done this partially (look into CORE mutex) and there are always some changes in
the code needed.
