[Bug 1916] EDF and CBS improve coverage

I have coverage for all configurations running now.  It looks like 4 cases are
still uncovered.  So that is better. :)

But the first configuration to finish indicated that a few tests did not pass
the "check_endof" script.


WARNING - log/spcbssched03 did not appear to complete execution
WARNING - log/spedfsched02 did not appear to complete execution
WARNING - log/spedfsched03 did not appear to complete execution

When I run them by hand, they pass.  It is possible they run longer than the
default timeout on the scripts.  

How do these tests know when things don't work right?
