Status: not committed.
What is needed: 
(1) if you really care, check if you can remove #include
<rtems/rtems_bsdnet_internal.h> from cpukit/libnetworking/nfs/bootp_subr.c and
add some license header to cpukit/libnetworking/rtems/bootp.h
(2) commit it. Without it, the DHCP client doesn't compile anymore.
