Since the CentOS VM was created, the newer versions of RTEMS GCC require a
newer libmpc than was shipped with CentOS 6. You need to add the EPEL
Repository where this is located.


rpm -ivh
http://mirrors.tummy.com/pub/fedora.redhat.com/epel//6/i386/epel-release-6-7.noarch.rpm

After that, the next "yum upgrade" or "yum install" with RTEMS GCC will pick up
the missing package.
