Thanks for the report.  Please provide patches instead of complete files.  This
makes it easier to figure out what should be changed.

In your changes, what is the difference between void calc_ibat_regvals() and
void calc_dbat_regvals()?

The PCM032 define is nowhere defined.  Belongs this to a private BSP?  Do you
want to integrate it into the main repository?

Why do you need the IBAT registers?  In case MSR_IR is not set in the MSR, the
instruction case is used for the complete address range.
