Not sure what to do with Sebastian's comment.  When I queried our management
about copyrights and such things years ago I was told that the @verbatim to
@endverbatim section should appear in all our files, so I do that as standard
practice on files I make from scratch.  I don't apply it to other people's
files that I modify.  It's not a license, just a disclaimer.  The virtex
dlentry.S files contains something very similar.  I don't get the issue.

Like I said in PR #2020, I wrote the code using information from various other
sources.  I didn't (and absolutely never would) take someone else's code and
put my name on it.  I am offended at the suggestion.  Maybe I used the word
"derived" incorrectly, but the second definition that shows up when you google
"derived" ("Base a concept on a logical extension or modification of (another
concept)") is what I thought I was doing.  I didn't take Xilinx' code and
replace their copyright.

I suggest you take what you want and discard the rest.
