The define was introduced by some reason with
2174c66d4bb77b6c33159a20e8c4559efd062b68

My intention was to replace SMC91111_SUPPORTED with HAS_SMC91111 completely, I
see no in having two defines either. However somehow I failed. I will update
the patch removing SMC91111_SUPPORTED completely.
