Again merged onto the virtex branch in my personal repository:

Doesn't compile. Likely same underlying cause. But with the bulk of the code
now in git, it should be easier for you to produce patches that make it all OK.
I agree with Sebastian on the license. That isn't a common free software
license and doesn't appear to give permission to redistribute. I am not sure it
gives any permissions. But I also only see it in start.S. That file is said to
be derived from xilinx supplied code so I don't think you can recopyright it
anyway. Without seeing the Xilinx license, I am guessing it would be better.
