Thanks for the ping.

I've sync'ed gcc/config/arm of the rtems4.11 toolchains with GCC-svn 
gcc-4_6-branch, which I hope will cover all relevant parts of this PR and of
https://www.rtems.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1996

Packages to show up inside of the repos later today or tomorrow morning.
