This patch is OK by me EXCEPT ...

Since the greth is only supported by SPARC LEON2/3 should this be moved to
libbsp/sparc/shared? Does Aeroflex/Gaisler have any real expectation that this
driver will be used elsewhere? If not, it would be cleaner to move it to
libbsp/sparc/shared and only build it with those bsps.

If Daniel is OK with moving it, then I recommend moving it and not applying the
parts that make it build only with the leon2/3. Then add it to the leon2/3
Makefile.am's.
