patch v4 for HEAD

Hello again,

This patch moves the new SPARC specific assembler proposed in previous patch to
LEON2 and LEON3 BSPs header files.

At the moment I believe that the only SPARC specific thing remaining is the
call to set_vec(), which I will send a patch for later together with other LEON
BSP shared-irq layer patches.

BTW, thanks for applying the other patches and for reviewing.
