This issue should be fixed in rtems-4.11-arm-rtemseabi4.11-gcc-4.7.0-1

I am switching rtems-4.11's gcc to using gcc's stdint. Corresponding patches
and changes can now be found in rtems-crossrpms.git, rsp. in
rtems-4.11-arm-rtemseabi4.11-gcc-4.7.0-1*.rpm.

Note 1: ATM, these changes are just a rather crude "first implementation" and
would need further refinements.

In particular, these changes currently are not fully integrated into patches,
but require direct file manipulation when building (c.f. search for gcc_stdint
inside of the rtems*gcc.specs in rtems-crossrpms.git).

Note 2: I am applying this change to all rtems-4.11-*gcc's. RPM-builds are
spinning and will gradually land inside of the rpm repos.
