Hi Chris,

Sorry for the extended delay. I can confirm:

- Issue still exists in current 4.10 branch in git (current tip is
c160bc2e97143df1015b4dc3107c133b9d9dc1d4).

- Patch applies cleanly to current 4.10 branch in git.

- Patch fixes bug.
