Patch adding "const void* data" parameter to rtems_rfs_rtems_initialize()'s
declaration, matching its definition

Could you please do a commit on a branch and then create the patch with the
commit message and commit details. This way we can track the fact you made the
change.

Also first line is a commit title which needs to be smaller and the body can be
details, not that this need much.
