Fix Capture Engine task name display on 4.10 and 4.9

This PR is a mirror of PR 1361:
https://www.rtems.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1361

This issue has been fixed on the Master branch, task names will display
properly by the capture engine. The bug still exists on the 4.10 and 4.9
branches, and the attached patch applies cleanly and will solve the issue.
