Delete function fat_cluster_read()

I have here a compiler warning in fat.c:408 saying that 'fat_cluster_read' is
defined but not used [-Wunused-function]. I greped over the RTEMS source code
and did not found any occurrences. 

I suggest to delete this functions. But please would somebody please check if
this function is used in any library outside rtems master.
