The sample folder.

This is a new sample that I've adapted from the Lawrence Livermore POSIX
Pthreads tutorial: https://computing.llnl.gov/tutorials/pthreads/

This is the first in a planned series of examples for RTEMS POSIX development.
This one shows how to create/join/end pthreads.

Please tell if you have any comments/suggestions.
