[Bug 2088] CSB337 (CSB637 variant) does not boot properly

A precise location of the error is at monConnect() in the following line:

    rc += _moncom(GETMONFUNC_PUTCHAR,&_rputchar,0,0);

Since _moncom at this point is 0x10000020:
  1) Is this address correct?
  2) If so, how can we guarantee the order of parameter passing is right?
  3) Where is the source code of such function?
