Interrupt lists for BSPs are normally completely defined in a .h file whether
used or not. This is a source of documentation.
http://www.bioscentral.com/misc/interrupts.htm lists 10 as USB but my original
PC/AT Technical Reference manual (yes really from IBM) lists that as reserved.
Given that this table isn't complete, I would agree to removing at least
BSP_RT_TIMER1. But since 10 is now for USB, I am cc'ing Sebastian about their
port of the FreeBSD USB stack. It might be better to rename it.
