The network-demos was lacking the documentation to set the RTEMS_MAKEFILE_PATH,
which is critical for the building of RTEMS applications, and is an RTEMS
specific feature.  Adding this to the READMEs for each RTEMS git will make
RTEMS much more user-friendly.
