[Bug 1394] scandir() fails due to MAXNAMELEN is incorrect

Hello,

At one time I had a board with a SPI SDcard reader with FAT filesystem on it
which could reproduce this problem. I debugged it a bit to make an as small
source as possible but still able to reproduce the error. I'm not sure the
board still exists..

I haven't follow up on this. I mailed Joel which passed on to Chris before
creating this report, Chris was in the process of doing FAT filesystem
fixes/updates as I understood so I believe this issue was looked upon. But I
don't know. I haven't used FAT filesystems since.
