 In working on the Intel Edison, it looks like pc586 (no-SSE) versus
 pc586-sse is enough to expose an under calculation in confdefs.h. On
 pc5686-sse, all tasks are FP due to SSE. This is the only BSP variant with
 this property.

 hello world fails with unsatisfied creating the user initialization task.

 I suspect this broke back during the summer before SMP testing stopped on
 x86. This was the BSP variant I tested x86 SMP on before that.
