Chirayu Desai got fltk to build by disabling the tests (which won't link into
.exe's as built anyway).  He also found by adding -lz -lpng -ljpeg to the
tests/Makefile for the cairo test it would build.

To upstream these patches we need to 
1. add -lz -lpng and -ljpeg to the CFLAGS/LDFLAGS for the tests/Makefile
and
2. add a --disable-tests option to fltk's CMAKE-based build-system
