New description:

 rtems-syms -e -c "-Os -g -ffunction-sections -fdata-sections -Wall
 -Wmissing-prototypes -Wimplicit-function-declaration -Wstrict-prototypes
 -Wnested-externs" -o dl-sym.o dl02.pre
 error: machine-type: unknown machine type: 223

 I disabled the dl* tests for moxiesim to get by this.
