 In rtems/include/rtems/rtems/clock.h, the documentation of
 rtems_clock_get_ticks_per_second(),
 [https://git.rtems.org/rtems/tree/cpukit/rtems/include/rtems/rtems/clock.h#n236
 line 236], says "//This method returns the number of ticks since boot.//".

 Is it right? I guess it should be "//This method returns the number of
 **ticks per second**//."
