 I wrote the three essential files for cross build of libxml for RTEMS,
 i.e. the .bset file (libxml.bset), the version specific configuration file
 (libxml2-2.7.8.cfg) and the build configuration file
 (libxml2-2.7.8.cfg).As per the FreeBSD ports I have  placed it under
 textproc.However when the build configuration script is run, an error
 "config file is not found" occurs. I tried to cd into the directory by
 providing a bash script but that is also not working,an error "can't cd to
 ..<config directory>" appears.
