 The missing links need pages added. We need to review and update the
 existing content if present and either move it to a suitable spot in the
 new wiki's tree and update if needed or provide a new page.

 I would rather need pages added or moves and updated than linking to some
 of the existing pages. Having out of date or invalid pages can be worse
 than nothing at all.
