 As you point out the trace linker is referenced under tracing. I think we
 need a page under the tools project about the tool and development of it.
 I am not sure how to create a suitable GCI task for this.

 I am not sure the RTEMS linker is a suitable GCI topic, it is a complex
 topic. It will take me a while to figure out the details.
