 This file is for the GoAhead webserver and no longer should be in the
 tree. Filing a ticket because I think this file is also on branches where
 the GoAhead webserver is no longer present.

 We also may want to add a note to the file on the rtems.org website to
 indicate that this webserver was removed as of 4.11? release series.

 This just needs some homework and a doublecheck.
