 Bugfix: binutils-2.20.1 for rtems 4.10 couldn't be built with modern
 texinfo.

 This is fixed by patch file binutils-2.20.1-rtems4.10-20151123.diff from
 the
 rtems-tools.git repository.

 Update #2524.
